Herbed Rolls with Speck Alto Adige PGI

I served these herbed rolls with Speck Alto Adige PGI at my birthday a few days ago, and they were literally snapped up. They are fresh, flavorful, and tasty, can be eaten with a fork and knife or as finger food, and are really easy to make, taking less than half an hour to prepare.

Just mix some fresh spreadable cheese with mustard, lemon juice, fresh herbs of your choice, in my case chives and parsley, as well as salt and pepper. Then you just need to fill thin slices of Speck Alto Adige PGI with this delicious filling, roll them up, and the rolls are ready! If you have the time and inclination, you can make them even prettier by tying them with a piece of chive.

Prepare them for your next family lunch… or a happy hour with friends!
