Let’s start preparing the couscous following the instructions on the package. The cooking of couscous requires that you boil the same amount of water equal to the weight of the couscous, with a drizzle of olive oil.
As soon as it reaches a boil, pour the couscous in and turn off the heat. Cover with a lid and let it cook for 10 minutes.
Fluff the couscous with the tines of a fork to avoid clumping.
Season the couscous with chopped smoked salmon and broken arugula.
Mix everything well and adjust with salt and oil. Flavor with lemon juice.
It can be served immediately or stored in the refrigerator until ready to be enjoyed.
