Today, a super quick lunch!!! I love skewers, I find them practical and they are always a big hit. Today I prepared them very simply, and to save time and effort I used the air fryer. I practically use it every day now. For the skewers I used sausage and some vegetables I had in the fridge. But you can use chicken or any meat you like. Ingredients
- 1 potato
- 1 zucchini
- a few cherry tomatoes
- 7 oz fresh sausage (cut into pieces)

Steps
Wash and clean the vegetables and cut them into pieces along with the sausage. Leave the cherry tomatoes whole.
Prepare the skewers by inserting the pieces of vegetables and sausage as you prefer, onto the skewers.
Spray oil on the surface and cook for 20 minutes at 392°F.
