Christmas Tree with Chocolate Chips – Sourdough Starter

The Christmas tree with chocolate chips is a leavened cake suitable for preparing for the upcoming Christmas holidays 😉

Today it’s a boring rainy day, and I don’t feel like going out.

However, this morning I had to go out anyway for some errands, and now that I’m home, I’m happy to stay warm because the temperature has changed and dropped a bit. Snow is coming to the nearby mountains.

With this gloomy weather, I decided to start preparing the panettone with my indispensable sourdough starter.

Since I also had to refresh the sourdough starter, with the discarded part I wanted to prepare a new Christmas recipe 😉

It’s a Christmas tree filled with chocolate chips 😀

For the flour, I used Manitoba flour, blended almonds and walnuts, and garnished with silver pearls.

Those who prefer can use ready-made flours instead of walnuts and almonds.

If desired, you can use the stand mixer.

It’s a cute idea to serve it at the end of the meal on Christmas.

So what are you waiting for? Here is my recipe 😛
