- 1 lbs pumpkin (Weighed with the rind)
- 4 tbsp sunflower oil
- to taste salt
- 2 tbsp sweet paprika

Steps
Prepare the pumpkin first. Remove the rind. Use a large knife and a breadboard.
Then slice the pumpkin into thin slices. Use a mandoline or a food processor that allows it.
Then place them on a large baking tray and scatter the pumpkin slices so they are spaced apart to cook better.
Season with sunflower oil and salt. Finally, evenly sprinkle the sweet paprika. Use a sieve to spread it well over the entire surface.
Bake in the preheated oven at 356°F for about twenty minutes. The baked pumpkin chips with paprika will be well cooked when you see the edges lift up as shown in the image above.
