Oven-Baked Crunchy Carrot Sticks with Honey Recipe for Kids

The recipe for oven-baked crunchy carrot sticks was an idea from my daughter that we created together. This way of preparing carrots intrigued her, and we wanted to try making them even though I wasn’t very convinced. I thought that since carrots are already sweet, honey wouldn’t be suitable, but I was wrong. The coriander seeds added a truly unique aroma to the carrots that words can’t describe. You have to try it; the combination is spot on, and we absolutely loved it.
