Ingredients
- 10.5 oz Pasta (elbow pasta)
- 14 oz Borlotti beans (Pre-cooked)
- Onions (Half an onion)
- to taste Extra virgin olive oil
- 1 glass Tomato sauce
- to taste Salt
- 2 Sausages (Large)
- to taste Chili pepper (Optional)

Preparation
In a frying pan with extra virgin olive oil, brown the onion and sausages cut into pieces.
Then add the ready-made giardiniera vegetables and sauté for a few minutes. Add the sauce and cook the sauce for about twenty minutes.
Check during cooking and add water if necessary. In the meantime, cook the pasta al dente for about 8 minutes from boiling in a pot.
Drain the “elbow pasta” and mix together with the sauce. Serve and finally put the chili pepper powder on the table, but only for those who wish.
