The sedative mallow herbal tea not only alleviates intestinal disorders but is definitely useful for many other things. With its soothing properties thanks to the mucilage it contains, it benefits the throat and inflamed intestines. It calms coughs and, in addition to regulating the intestine, it removes inflammation and purifies it. The herbal tea, especially when made with fresh flowers, provides immediate relief in calming and deflating the stomach. Mallow is truly a must-have remedy to always have on hand. You can find it in herbal shops or supermarkets, but personally, I prefer the one I pick in the garden.

Sedative Mallow Herbal Tea for Intestinal Disorders
Mallow herbal tea has been known as an effective remedy since ancient times. It was even used for newborns to relieve colic. A remedy that truly works, natural and beneficial. It is during this spring period that it grows spontaneously in the fields. You can also collect it to dry and then use throughout the year. Preferably collect mallow in unpolluted places. Preferably in fields where there are no roads with vehicle traffic.
