Rustic Filled Baskets

Recipe tips for puff pastry rustic baskets: The leftover pastry scraps can still be used by gathering them together and kneading them.

Roll out with a rolling pin and thus you can obtain more circles for additional baskets. If you want to fill the baskets with salad or raw fruit to add after baking, cook by placing a piece of parchment paper and some chickpeas in each puff pastry-lined mold.

In this way, the pastry will not rise too much, will remain basket-shaped, and can be filled with your preferred ingredients.

To keep them crispy for the next day, do not cover them with paper sheets or store them in containers.

In any case, they should be kept uncovered. CHECK OUT THE PINTEREST BOARD THE RECOVERING COOK
