- 10.5 oz Spaghetti No. 5
- 5.6 oz Tuna in oil (One can)
- 5 Artichokes
- Lemon juice (Half)
- to taste Black olives
- 1 clove Garlic
- to taste Extra virgin olive oil
- 2 Salted anchovies
- 1 glass White wine

Preparation
Clean the artichokes by removing the tougher outer leaves and the thorny part. Cut the artichoke hearts into strips and leave them soaking in water and lemon juice for at least about fifteen minutes.
Then brown the artichokes in a pan with about three tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil and one clove of garlic. Sprinkle with the white wine. Let it evaporate for two minutes.
Cover with a lid and let it wilt by adding half a glass of water to the pan for about ten minutes.
Finally, add the chopped cherry tomatoes, olives, anchovies, and tuna, and continue cooking for another ten to fifteen minutes. Stir occasionally and add more water if needed.
In the meantime, cook the spaghetti al dente in a pot with salted boiling water for about eight minutes. Drain the pasta and artichokes and sauté in the pan with all the seasoning. Serve the delicious Pasta and Artichokes with Tuna hot, on plates, and… enjoy your meal. 🙂
