Fish and Lettuce Rolls

The rolls of fish and lettuce are an idea for a children’s second course with a side dish.
Since, as we know, children never refuse to eat fish sticks, which are heavily advertised. Boneless and fried in oil, they turn golden and truly remind one of the captain’s gold, 🙂 they are more than desired. In fact, they would happily eat them every day. We reach a compromise 🙂 we satisfy them by preparing them more often but serve them with one condition: that they eat them with fresh lettuce salad. Do you think we can succeed? We try, and if it works, we have gained something. Maybe they will learn to eat a few lettuce leaves. They are cooked in the microwave and ready in just ten minutes using pre-cooked packaged fish sticks ready for use.
