The chips with peels cooked in the microwave are crispy and very popular with children. They are special for two reasons: the microwave cooking, without making the kitchen greasy, and this is really encouraging. They use nothing less than the peels of potatoes, what a bizarre idea, 🙂 did you know that? I found out recently and wanted to try, and I am satisfied. Peels from fruits or vegetables, after all, contain a good portion of vitamins and minerals. And we usually throw them in the trash, what a shame. We do not have the healthy habit of eating whole fruits with peels. However, it must be said that we cannot trust it either since often pesticides harmful to our health are used in cultivation, so it is preferable not to do it. However, if you have the opportunity to buy organic vegetables, then I recommend trying these peel chips.

Repeat the operation if necessary, adding another tablespoon of oil since large quantities cannot be cooked in the microwave.
