Strawberry praline sweets are one of my personal recipes. Made almost entirely cold. It is made in a very short time, and if the nuts are crushed and prepared beforehand, it will be done even faster. Prefer homemade strawberry jam with organic strawberries for this recipe. Strawberries that often appear larger and more beautiful in supermarket baskets are the ones most invaded by toxic substances used to keep insects away. Pesticides damage our health. It’s always better to buy strawberries, especially those we want to use to make our jam, from people we know and trust.

Ingredients
- 5.3 oz Digestive biscuits
- Apple (Half an apple)
- 2 tbsps strawberry jam
- 1.75 oz Walnuts
- 1 tbsp Brown sugar
- 1 tsp Lemon juice
Preparation
Peel the half apple, cut into pieces, and cook for two minutes in a dish, in the microwave. Mash the cooked apple with a fork and pour it into a bowl.
Coarsely crush the biscuits in the food processor. Combine crushed biscuits, brown sugar, lemon juice, and two tablespoons of strawberry jam in the bowl with the apple, and mix.
Form small pralines with your hands and roll them in chopped hazelnuts. Place the sweet pralines in colorful paper cups and decorate with strawberry jam as shown in the image and let them cool in the fridge for an hour before eating.
