Chocolate fudge, an Anglo-Saxon dessert, no-bake, incredibly delicious and perfect to end a summer dinner with friends. An extremely easy recipe that you must have tried at least once in your lifetime. You know those desserts that become hard to stop eating? Well, these chocolate squares create just that kind of addiction!
You only need 2 ingredients to prepare this delicious dessert: chocolate and condensed milk. I used dark chocolate and recommend not using milk or white chocolate, as it would make the dessert too sweet. No added sugar, as the condensed milk will do its job. Now, grab your apron and let’s head to the kitchen because the chocolate fudge will be ready in a click!

Ingredients
- 10.58 oz dark chocolate
- 10.58 oz condensed milk
Tools
- Bowl
- Cutting board
- Knife
- Pan square 7.87 x 7.87 inches
Steps
First, chop the chocolate and melt it in the microwave at maximum power for a few seconds, in several stages, stirring it with a spoon each time to avoid burning. Alternatively, you can also melt it using a double boiler. In this case, place the bowl with the chopped chocolate over a saucepan filled with water. Put it on the stove and stir until fully melted.
Once melted, let it cool for a few minutes and add the condensed milk. Stir until the ingredients are combined. At this point, the mixture will start to solidify slightly, but that’s normal. It will still be easily moldable with a spoon.
Next, line a square pan measuring 7.87 inches with plastic wrap and pour the mixture in. Spread it across the pan and level the surface. Cover with more plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until solidified.
After the resting time, take the pan out, remove the dessert, and also remove the plastic wrap that was covering it. Cut it into squares. The chocolate fudge is ready to be enjoyed.

FAQ Questions and Answers for chocolate fudge
Can I substitute dark chocolate with milk chocolate?
I recommend using dark chocolate because substituting it with milk chocolate might result in a dessert that’s too sweet. However, you can enrich the dessert with coarsely chopped nuts of your choice.
