Spicy spaghetti alla puttanesca with chili pepper is a rather quick main course recipe made with ingredients usually found in the pantry. It’s a practical recipe you can decide to make even at the last minute when the craving hits. The spicy chili pepper is the key element of this main dish that cannot be replaced or omitted, and the cherry tomatoes also make this dish attractive even to those like me who aren’t used to eating them. Cooked this way together, they are really tasty. This recipe is also widespread in Puglia but is typical of Neapolitan cuisine, which I personally love very much. What can I say about spaghetti alla chitarra with Naples’ buffalo mozzarella. 🙂
