  • 1 oz bread crumbs
  • 1 oz grated Parmesan cheese

Steps

  • First, thoroughly wash the zucchini. Then remove the ends and slice them thinly with a knife with a thickness regulator. Afterwards, slice the smoked cheese thinly as well.

    Unroll the puff pastry and place it with its parchment paper inside a baking dish with a diameter of 9.5 inches. Arrange the edges and poke holes in the bottom using a fork. Then distribute some bread crumbs to keep the puff pastry base dry and allow it to cook. Add a layer of pre-sliced zucchini, followed by some slices of smoked cheese.

    Sprinkle grated cheese and continue layering this way until all ingredients are used. Add more grated cheese on the top layer and fold the edges of the pastry inward.
