Ingredients

  • 1.1 lbs Potatoes (Peeled)
  • 1.1 lbs Salami
  • 14 oz Canned Tomatoes
  • to taste Extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 Onions (Small)
  • 1 cup White wine
  • to taste Salt

Preparation

  • In a pot, sauté the finely chopped onion and add the coarsely chopped salami and diced potatoes, and brown. Add the white wine and let it evaporate.

  • Blend the canned tomatoes and pour into the pot. Add a little salt and cook for about thirty minutes.
