The apple and Nutella cake, I made it on a gloomy day when you absolutely need to invent something to brighten the mood. Moreover, it turned out to be a real success and now it is one of my favorite desserts. The house regained vitality through the intoxicating aroma of cinnamon and Nutella wafting from the oven. Note the creamy Nutella on the cake’s surface. It was a pleasure to look at and eat. I’ll let you simply imagine. 🙂 This proposal is a variant of the classic apple and cinnamon cake, and it’s even more delicious.

Preparation
Cut the apples into large pieces. Peel, core, and cut into small pieces. Place the fruit in a bowl with a little water and the juice of one lemon, obviously to keep them from turning brown.
Then pour into the food processor’s cup flour, sugar, juice of one lemon, eggs, milk in which the baking powder for desserts has been dissolved, oil, a pinch of salt, and mix the ingredients for a few minutes.
Pour the obtained batter into a cake pan lined with parchment paper and place the apples on top. Add a sprinkle of ground cinnamon and finally the Nutella heated in the microwave for one minute at medium power, in a spiral.
Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F for about forty-five minutes. Finally, serve the delicious cake for lunch, snack, or breakfast, every moment is certainly the right one. 🙂
The variant I proposed instead of the common apple cake certainly requires quality Nutella.
Finally, the most gluttonous can be satisfied.

Tip for the apple and Nutella cake:
Powdered sugar on top for this recipe is optional. Therefore, extend the cooking for a few more minutes if needed. Try pricking the cake with a wooden skewer. If it comes back dry, it means it’s well cooked. Certainly, this is an infallible way to check.
Make small portions as the cake contains many calories.
