Prepare the baked turkey meatloaf in the same way you make meatballs.
How to recycle hard leftover bread?

Ingredients
- 1.1 lbs Turkey (Ground)
- 10.58 oz Stale Bread
- to taste Fine Salt
- to taste Black Pepper (Ground)
- to taste Parsley
- to taste Garlic
- 2 tbsps Grana Padano (Grated)
- 3 Eggs
- to taste Butter
Preparation
Beat the eggs in a large bowl and combine with wet and crumbled stale bread, ground meat, salt to taste, a sprinkle of pepper, finely chopped garlic, chopped parsley, a bit of breadcrumbs, and mix all the ingredients.
Spread a sheet of bread paper on a work surface and shape the mixture into a salami shape.
Sprinkle grated cheese on the paper and roll the meatloaf over it, coating it evenly with cheese.
Finally, add small butter pieces on the paper and wrap the turkey meatloaf like a candy.
Cook the turkey meatloaf in a preheated oven at 400°F for about thirty to forty minutes.
Open the oven, unwrap, and place the semi-cooked meatloaf on a cutting board for slicing. Arrange the slices in the baking dish and finish cooking in the oven for another ten minutes.
