As an alternative to chicken, you can also use another type of white meat of your choice. Ingredients

  • 11 oz chicken breast
  • 3.5 oz butter
  • 3 tbsp white wine
  • 3 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1.5 tbsp water
  • all-purpose flour (as needed)
  • salt (as needed)

Steps

  • First, cut the chicken breast into 3/4 inch strips, if not already done by your trusted butcher. Then, transfer the strips to a bowl and coat them well on all sides with flour.

    Separately, melt the butter in the open cooker. Then add the meat, making sure to shake off the excess flour, and brown it for a few minutes over high heat until it forms a golden crust on the surface.

    Then, pour in the white wine and let the alcohol evaporate. Next, add the water and lemon juice. Season with salt and close the pot. Bring it to maximum heat and, from the start of the whistle, cook for 5 minutes over low heat. After the cooking time, gradually release the steam and open the pot.
