Today I made an appetizer with just 3 ingredients. Super easy, quick, but above all too good. Zucchini pinwheels are irresistible, one leads to another. They can also be prepared the day before, and can be easily enriched with whatever we like. I used mortadella and spreadable cheese. But they are also delicious with arugula, cooked ham, salmon. In short, with whatever comes to mind. If you like zucchini as much as I do, try them like this too;
