Yogomisù blueberries and white chocolate, a very simple to prepare, single-serving and delicious spoon dessert, ideal to serve as a dessert after a meal for a dinner with friends and family. It is nothing more than a variant of the light tiramisù with Greek yogurt, equally delicious.
For this preparation, I used plain natural yogurt, but you can also use Greek yogurt. Then mixed with whipped cream and white chocolate, it will be a truly irresistible cream. I then alternated the layers with a very quickly made blueberry jam, to which I added the juice of a lime, to create a tart note for the tiramisù.
Ladyfingers are essential for every tiramisù worth its name, but soaked in milk for this recipe. Curious to find out how to prepare it? Then let’s go to the kitchen, because the yogomisù blueberries and white chocolate will be ready in a click!

Ingredients
- 1 cup cup plain yogurt
- 1 cup cup whipping cream
- 1 cup cup white chocolate
- 2 cups cups blueberries
- 9 tbsp tbsp powdered sugar
- 1.5 tbsp tbsp lime juice
- 6 ladyfingers
- 0.5 cup cup milk
- mint (fresh as needed)
Tools
- Mixer
- 2 Bowls
- 6 Jars
- Pan
- Cutting board
- Knife
Steps
First, chop the white chocolate and melt it in the microwave on 600 W in intervals of 15 seconds, stirring at each interval. Set it aside and let it cool.
Then whip the cold refrigerator cream with the yogurt using electric beaters until you get a fluffy mixture. Then also add the white chocolate and quickly mix it with the beaters or a spatula, trying not to deflate the mixture.
Then wash the blueberries very well, dry them, and put them in a small pan. Add the powdered sugar and lime juice and cook over low heat for about ten minutes, stirring occasionally.
Now it’s time to assemble the dessert. Divide the ladyfingers into pieces and soak them in the milk. Then place them at the bottom of the jar and add a couple of tablespoons of yogurt and white chocolate cream. Then also add a couple of tablespoons of jam that has cooled in the meantime. Pour more cream and then more jam.
Assemble all the jars this way and decorate with a few mint leaves before serving.
