Ricotta meatballs in air fryer, a quick and tasty main dish, perfect for everyday dinner. It is just a variation of my pan-fried spinach and potato meatballs recipe, equally easy to prepare and delicious.
For this recipe, I used cow’s milk ricotta, to which I added eggs, grated cheese, and chives for flavor. If you prefer, you can replace the chives with other aromatic herbs of your choice: basil, thyme, or oregano. Once the meatballs are formed, roll them in breadcrumbs and then into the air fryer for a light and quick cooking.
These meatballs are also great fried in plenty of seed oil for an appetizing aperitif and can also be baked in the oven. A very simple and appetizing recipe that is prepared in a few easy steps. Curious to find out how to prepare it? Then let’s go to the kitchen, because the ricotta meatballs in air fryer will be ready in a click!
