Ingredients
- 2 cups + 1 tbsp cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup cups fruit yogurt (with strawberry pieces)
- 2 tbsp tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 egg yolk
- 1/3 cup + 1 tbsp cups sugar
- 1 1/2 tsp tsp baking powder
- 1 packet vanillin
- powdered sugar (to taste)

Steps
First, separate the egg white from the yolk and place the yolk in a bowl. Add the sugar, vanillin, or strawberry yogurt, or another flavor you prefer. Mix very well with a spoon until the ingredients are well combined.
Then pour in the flour and baking powder and continue working the dough with the spoon until the flour has absorbed all the liquid. At this point, you can knead with your hands until you get a smooth and homogeneous dough ball.
Take some dough with your hands and form balls the size of a walnut. Then place the cookies on a baking tray lined with parchment paper and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
Bake the yogurt cookies without butter in a preheated oven at 350°F (static function) for 25 minutes, or until the surface is golden. Then remove from the oven and let cool before enjoying.
Storage and Tips for Yogurt Cookies
The yogurt cookies without butter can be stored in a tin box for 3 or 4 days, in a cool and dry place.
