How to Make Homemade Savory Pumpkin Pie

  • Wash the pumpkin, cut it into quarters, and remove seeds and strings. Steam it. In a pressure cooker, it will only take 20 minutes! Peel the potatoes, wash them, and cut them into chunks. Boil the potatoes in a pressure cooker as well.

  • In a bowl, gather the pumpkin pulp, removing the skin. Add the boiled potatoes, salt, and mash with a fork or potato masher. Let cool slightly. Add egg, rosemary, pepper, and rosemary. Enrich with grated parmesan.

  • Pour a little oil in a lasagna pan and sprinkle with breadcrumbs. Make a first layer of potato and pumpkin mixture. Add cubed cheese and cover with the remaining mixture. Top with more parmesan and some butter flakes, then bake at 392°F (200°C), fan mode, for about 20 minutes or until a golden crust forms.
