Ingredients for preparing the chocolate 7 jars cake

  • 3 eggs
  • 1 jar plain natural yogurt (125 g)
  • 2 jars sugar
  • 2 jars all-purpose flour
  • 1 jar light extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 jar cocoa and potato starch
  • 1 packet baking powder
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon powdered sugar

Steps for preparing the yogurt 7 jars cake

  • In a bowl, break 3 whole eggs. Beat them with the electric whisks by adding the yogurt and sugar. Sifting, add 2 jars of flour and one jar in which you put 2 tablespoons of unsweetened cocoa powder and the remaining jar filled with potato starch. Mix with a hand whisk.

  • Finish the dough with the sifted baking powder, light extra virgin olive oil, a pinch of salt, and flavor with vanilla extract. Mix until you get a smooth dough.

  • Pour the mixture into a cake pan with parchment paper, level the surface, and bake at 350°F, static, for 40-45 minutes, perform the toothpick test. Let cool, remove from the cake pan, and serve at the table with plenty of powdered sugar.

Storage

You can store the cake under a glass dome for 3-4 days
