- 1 broccoli
- 1.5 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 0.5 oz pecorino cheese (grated)
- 0.18 cup black olives (pitted)
- 1.5 tbsp capers
- breadcrumb (to taste)
- salt (to taste)

Steps
First, clean the broccoli by removing the woodiest part of the stalk and the outer leaves. Then cut the broccoli into florets and rinse them well under running water. Place the broccoli florets in a steamer basket and place it in the pressure cooker with a bit of water. Bring the cooker to maximum power and cook the broccoli for 5 minutes from the start of the whistle. Once the cooking time is over, release the steam and open the cooker
Let the broccoli cool slightly and place them in a slightly greased baking dish. Sprinkle the surface with breadcrumbs and grated cheese, drizzle with a little more oil, and bake in a fan oven at 356°F for 10 minutes and another 5 minutes with the grill function.
