Ingredients

  • 4 chicken legs
  • 4 red potatoes
  • 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • salt (to taste)
  • pepper (to taste)
  • 1 sprig rosemary (to taste)
  • sage (to taste)

Tools

  • Air fryer
  • 2 Bowls
  • Cutting board
  • Knife

Steps

  • To prepare the roast chicken with potatoes, first make the marinade. Then put the oil with salt, pepper, sage, and rosemary in a bowl. Add the chicken legs as well, mix, and let it rest covered with plastic wrap for at least half an hour.

In the meantime, clean the potatoes. Peel them with a peeler or knife, wash them well under water, and dry them with paper towels. Then cut them in half lengthwise and then in half again to get wedges, all the same size.

Then put the potatoes in a bowl, add a little salt, and mix with your hands. This step will make the potatoes crispy after cooking. Now take the chicken and place the pieces inside the fryer basket. Add the potatoes as well and cook at 190°F (374°F) for 20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through cooking.
