Pour the mixture into a cake pan lined with parchment paper and bake at 350°F, baking for about 30 minutes and checking with a toothpick. Allow to cool completely and then cut off the dome that has formed.
Cut the cake in half and fill it with jam. Close the cake and cut it into wedges. Take each wedge and decorate with pistachio spread and colorful sprinkles. Reassemble the cake.
Cut a star from the small dome using a cookie cutter. Dust with powdered sugar and place the star in the center of the cake. It’s ready!
