- 1.8 oz blueberries

Steps
To prepare the refreshing drink, first put the drink in the refrigerator: it should be very cold. Then take care of cleaning the fruit. Wash the raspberries and blueberries very well under water and drain them. Next, skewer a few blueberries (about 4 or 5 from the total) on an aperitif skewer. It will be used for the final decoration.
Separately, wash a lime and cut it into slices. You will need about 2 or 3 per glass. At this point, place some blueberries at the bottom of the glass, add a few ice cubes, and continue with some raspberries. The fruits are whole, but if you prefer, you can also blend some to get juice to add at the end. Then place the lime slices and pour in the tonic water.
Finally, decorate with the skewer you prepared earlier and a few mint leaves. The refreshing drink is ready to be served!
Variations and tips for the refreshing drink
It is advisable to consume the drink as soon as it’s ready. Obviously, freezing is not recommended, and for this recipe, it’s better to use fresh fruit, not frozen.
If you wish, you can use a few more blueberries or raspberries and extract the juice. Then add the smoothie after adding the tonic water. It is possible to make this drink using other seasonal fruits.
