- 2.3 oz powdered sugar
- Half egg white
- lemon juice
- colored sprinkles
- gold sprinkles
- gummy bears
Preparing the Cookie Village
Prepare the icing.
Sift the powdered sugar into a bowl.
Add the egg white and start mixing with a whisk.
Add a few tablespoons of lemon juice and continue to mix until you get a smooth and thick mixture.
Put it in a disposable piping bag.Place a cookie on the work surface.
Place two more cookies next to the first, with their shorter sides positioned near the long sides of the first.
Cut the tip of the disposable piping bag to create a small tip and make two strips of icing on the central cookie that are parallel to the edge of the two adjacent cookies.
Create a strip of icing on the opposite edges of the two adjacent cookies (watch the video for a better understanding).
Attach the two side cookies to the icing on the central cookie and then move them closer together so they stick with the icing you distributed on their sides.Press to adhere them.
Decorate the house you just created with some icing on the roof.
Add the gold sprinkles.
With some more icing, also attach the colored sprinkles to the sides of the houses and a gummy bear at the entrance.
Prepare all the houses of your cookie village this way and let the icing fully set before storing them under a cake dome or serving them.
