Ingredients for Making the Omelette with Green Beans

For

  • 11.6 oz green beans
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 7/16 cup lactose-free plant-based cream
  • 1 tsp fine salt
  • to taste extra virgin olive oil

Steps for Making the Omelette with Green Beans

Wash the green beans under running water and remove the ends.

Bring a pot full of salted water to a boil and cook for 8-10 minutes until tender but not mushy.

Drain with a colander and let cool. Cut them on a chopping board into pieces about 3/8 inch and set aside

  • In a bowl, break the eggs and add the salt.

  • add the Parmesan cheese and beat vigorously with a hand whisk

  • Until you get a homogeneous mixture.

  • Add the plant-based cream and mix again.

  • Finally, add the chopped green beans.

  • Meanwhile, grease a non-stick pan d.24 and heat up. Once it reaches temperature, pour everything in and cook over low heat and covered for 7-8 minutes per side, or until the surface solidifies.
