Ingredients
- 1.9 lbs pork ribs
- 0.42 cups apple cider vinegar
- 1 sprig rosemary
- salt (to taste)
Tools
- Pan
Steps
Pork ribs with vinegar are very simple to prepare. They are also cooked without oil because their fat will melt during cooking and act as the seasoning. Let’s see how to proceed.
First, place a non-stick pan on the heat and heat it very well. Place the ribs in the pan and brown them on all sides until they are nicely golden. At this point, deglaze with a half glass of vinegar (I used apple cider vinegar, but wine vinegar will work as well), let it evaporate, then add the rosemary and season with salt.
Then cover, cook for 10 minutes on low heat, turn them over, and finish cooking for another 10 minutes, always keeping the heat low.
The pork ribs are ready! Sear them for a few minutes without a lid and serve.
