Ingredients
- 2/3 cup sugar
- 3 eggs
- 6 1/3 tbsp butter
- 1/3 cup Nutella®
- 2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 packet baking powder
- 1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 2/3 cup milk

Steps
Preheat the oven to 340°F.
In a saucepan, heat the milk without boiling it. Add the butter in pieces and stir until it is completely melted.
Sift the flour, cocoa, and baking powder and set aside.
In a bowl, beat the eggs with sugar until the mixture is light and fluffy.
Add the Nutella and mix well.Slowly incorporate the flour and cocoa mixture. At this point, pour the hot milk with butter into the batter, gently mixing until homogeneous.
Pour the batter into a previously greased bundt cake pan and level it with a spatula. (For convenience, I use a release spray)
Bake in the preheated oven at 340°F for about 35-40 minutes. Do the toothpick test, then remove from the oven and let the bundt cake cool in the pan before transferring it to a cake plate.
Before serving, dust the hot milk and chocolate bundt cake with powdered sugar.
