Ingredients

  • 1/2 ripe avocado
  • to taste oil and salt
  • 1 pinch pepper
  • 2 hard-boiled eggs
  • 2.8 oz tuna in oil
  • 4 slices toasted sandwich bread
  • to taste balsamic vinegar glaze

Steps

  • In a bowl, mash half an avocado with a fork. Add oil, salt, and pepper.

  • Toast the bread in the air fryer for 2 minutes.

  • Spread the avocado cream on the toast.

  • Add the tuna and the hard-boiled egg.

  • Finish with the balsamic vinegar glaze.
