Ingredients
- 1/2 ripe avocado
- to taste oil and salt
- 1 pinch pepper
- 2 hard-boiled eggs
- 2.8 oz tuna in oil
- 4 slices toasted sandwich bread
- to taste balsamic vinegar glaze

Steps
In a bowl, mash half an avocado with a fork. Add oil, salt, and pepper.
Toast the bread in the air fryer for 2 minutes.
Spread the avocado cream on the toast.
Add the tuna and the hard-boiled egg.
Finish with the balsamic vinegar glaze.
