Ingredients
- 2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 4 eggs
- 2/3 cup butter
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 3/4 cup milk
- 1 packet baking powder
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 packet vanillin
- 9 oz mixed berries (I used raspberries and blueberries)

Steps
Pour the eggs and sugar into a bowl and lightly beat them with the whisk.
Add the milk and melted cooled butter and continue to mix.
Add the flour in two stages with the sifted baking powder and vanillin.
Put aside the whisk and use the silicone spatula. Lightly flour the berries and add them to the mixture. Mix well.
Pour into a buttered and floured 9.5 inches bundt pan and bake for about 40 minutes at 350°F.
