- 2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 4 eggs
- 5 oz butter
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 3/4 cup milk
- 1 packet baking powder
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 packet vanillin
- 9 oz mixed berries (I used raspberries and blueberries)

Steps
Pour the eggs and sugar into a bowl and lightly beat them with the whisk.
Add the milk and cool melted butter and continue mixing.
Add the flour in two portions along with the sifted baking powder and vanillin.
Put the whisk aside and use a silicone spatula. Lightly flour the berries and add them to the batter. Mix well.
Pour into a greased and floured 9.5-inch bundt pan and bake for about 40 minutes at 356°F.
