Ingredients

  • 10.5 oz pumpkin
  • 3.5 oz speck
  • 1/2 white onion
  • 12.4 oz linguine (or other pasta shape of choice)
  • as needed oil and salt

Steps

  • In a pan without oil, cook the speck until it becomes crispy, then set it aside.

  • In the same pan, sauté the chopped onion with the pumpkin.

  • Meanwhile, boil the linguine in plenty of salted water for the time indicated on the package. Once al dente, pour it into the pumpkin and speck cream. Sauté for 2 minutes and serve.
