Pan-fried Brussels sprouts are a light, tasty side dish perfect for accompanying meat or fish mains. Often underestimated, when cooked the right way they become irresistible: tender inside, slightly crispy outside, and scented with garlic and spices. A simple recipe that best highlights this vegetable rich in beneficial properties! I added some bacon to make them more delicious.
