Stuffed peppers with meat and rice are a classic of homemade cooking, perfect to serve as a main dish or a complete second course. A colorful shell that holds a soft, juicy, and fragrant filling, to prepare in advance and enjoy even the next day. Ideal for both a family lunch and a dinner with friends, they are versatile and always appreciated. I cooked them in an air fryer, but you can easily bake them in the oven or cook them in a pan.
Stuffed peppers are one of those dishes that smell of home and tradition. Make them in abundance, because reheated the next day they are even tastier! And if you have leftover filling, use it to stuff zucchini or tomatoes: no waste, just flavor!
