- 1.1 lbs ground beef
- 1 egg
- 2 tablespoons grated cheese

- 1 drizzle olive oil

Steps
In a bowl, place the ground meat, the egg, and all the other ingredients. Except for the bell peppers and onion.
Mix well and let rest for 10 minutes.
In the meantime, wash the bell peppers and cut them into wedges.
Form the meatballs.
In a saucepan, sauté the bell peppers and onion with oil and salt for 10 minutes.
Add the meatballs and cook for another 10 minutes.
Delicious both hot and cold.
