Ingredients
- 3 ripe bananas
- 2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 packet baking powder
- 3/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 egg
- 3 1/2 tbsp milk
- 1/3 cup vegetable oil
- 2 tbsp peanut butter
- 3/4 cup dark chocolate (chopped)
- to taste ground cinnamon

Steps
In a bowl, mash 2 ripe bananas and half of the third (cut in half lengthwise)
Add the rest of the ingredients and mix well until all lumps are dissolved.
Pour the batter into a greased and floured loaf pan and place the reserved banana half on top.
Bake at 356°F for about 45/50 minutes
