- 1.1 lbs Brussels sprouts
- 1/2 onion
- 7 oz smoked bacon
- to taste oil and salt
- 7 oz mozzarella for pizza
- 0.85 cups béchamel

Steps
Remove the toughest outer leaves of the Brussels sprouts, cut them in half, and steam them for about 10 minutes.
In a pan, sauté the onion with the bacon.
Add the Brussels sprouts and then flavor them with the chopped onion and bacon for a few minutes.
Transfer them to a baking dish, add the shredded mozzarella, and the béchamel.
Cook in the air fryer for 6/7 minutes at 392°F
