The persimmon and prosciutto skewers are an original appetizer that is very simple, tasty, and quick to prepare. It’s no secret that I love this combination (the salad version is amazing), but the persimmon and prosciutto skewers are truly delightful and presented as finger food to be eaten in one bite, they are perfect for a buffet too.

Ingredients
- 2 persimmon apple (firm but ripe)
- 8 slices prosciutto
- 8 small mozzarella balls
- 8 leaves basil
Tools
- 1 Cutting Board
- 1 Knife kitchen
- 8 Skewers bamboo
Steps
Peel the persimmons and cut them into wedges. Wrap each wedge with a slice of prosciutto, add a basil leaf and a small mozzarella ball and secure everything with a skewer. Arrange the ready skewers on a serving plate and serve. If you prepare them in advance and need to keep them in the refrigerator, close them inside a container: they must be covered.
