Baked Ham Rolls are a perfect second course, easy and economical. The recipe is a bit different from the classic ham and potato rolls. They can be prepared in just a few minutes, but in reality, you only have to cook the parmesan béchamel, which is optional, in fact if you don’t feel like making it at home, you can use the ready-made one. Once all the rolls are stuffed, you can bake them or cook them in an air fryer. Or prepare them in advance and cook them when needed. Now enough chatter, I’ll leave you with the recipe, reminding you not to forget to leave a comment and follow me on social media like Facebook and Instagram.

Ingredients
- 8 slices cooked ham
- 1/3 cup parmesan cheese
- 2 tbsp flour
- 1 tbsp butter
- 5.3 oz scamorza cheese
- to taste breadcrumbs
- 2 cups milk
How to Make Baked Ham Rolls
Melt the butter in a saucepan over low heat, then turn off the heat and add the sifted flour, stirring with a whisk to prevent lumps.
When you have obtained the roux, add the hot milk and turn the heat back on, stirring until it becomes golden.
Stir until the mixture thickens. It will take about 7 minutes, then remove from heat.
Meanwhile, cut the cheese into sticks, and roll the ham slices around them. Arrange them on a baking sheet.
At this point, garnish with béchamel. Sprinkle with breadcrumbs and parmesan on top.
Bake at 350°F for about 15-20 minutes.
Storage of Baked Ham Rolls
The Baked Ham Rolls can be stored in the refrigerator if already cooked in the oven, until the next day. Always remember to carefully cover your food with plastic wrap.
