After the great success of the Delicious Eggplant Savory Pie, today I replicated with the Savory Zucchini and Sausage Pie, so good, always a top pairing!! Zucchini and sausage go perfectly together, just like in the Pasta with Zucchini and Sausage. For the base, I used my tried and true recipe for the Quick and Easy Savory Pie Crust without Yeast, which I always make at home whenever I crave savory pie but don’t have puff pastry.

Ingredients
- 1 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 6 tbsp water
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon fine salt
- 2 zucchini
- 7 oz sausage
- 3 1/2 oz mozzarella for pizza
- to taste oil and salt
Tools
- Microwave Oven (mine)
- Stand Mixer
- Rolling Pin wooden
- Plastic Wrap
- Chopper
- Non-stick Baking Pan round
Steps
Put all the base ingredients in the Thermomix bowl and knead for 2 minutes at spike speed.
Wrap with plastic wrap and let rest for 30 minutes at room temperature.
Roll out the base with a rolling pin.
Add zucchini slices previously cooked in the microwave for 10 minutes with oil and salt using the crisp function.
Add fresh sausage and mozzarella.
Close and bake for about 30 minutes at 392°F.
