The sandwich wreath is a tasty idea to serve your guests, as an appetizer or starter during the Christmas holidays.
I made two types of sandwiches: with tuna and pickled vegetables, and with mayonnaise and mortadella. I served the sandwiches on a board in a ‘wreath’ shape, enriched with mini skewers made from small mozzarella, cherry tomatoes, and olives.
Easy to make and visually impressive, with this wreath you’ll make a great impression at the table!

Then fill 3.5 oz of sandwich slices with the tuna mixture and close with the remaining 3.5 oz. Wrap with cling film and put in the fridge.
Make mini skewers by threading a small mozzarella, a cherry tomato, and an olive on each. Season with some oregano.
Cut the sandwiches into the classic triangular sandwich shapes.
Arrange the sandwiches and mini skewers on a round wooden board to form a wreath and decorate with sprigs of rosemary. Enjoy!
