Remember the Green Beans with Tomatoes I prepared a few weeks ago? Today my husband made another nice cut of green beans but I decided, or rather he suggested, to make them with potatoes. It was the first time I cooked them this way and I must say they are really very good. Usually, I make green beans as a Salad, but I must confess that I also enjoy them cooked like this. The green beans with tomatoes and potatoes are very easy to make, ready in about 20 minutes. They are delicious both hot and cold. Try them.

- 2.2 lbs green beans
- 14 oz tomato pulp
- 1.1 lbs potatoes

Steps
In a sufficiently large pan, sauté 1 chopped onion with some oil.
After about 10 minutes, add 14 oz of tomato pulp, season with salt, and cook for another 10 minutes.
Wash 2.2 lbs of green beans, trim the ends, and add them to the tomatoes. Peel the potatoes, cut them into chunks, and add them to the green beans. If the green beans are very long, cut them in half.

Great enjoyed cold as well.
