Ingredients
- 2 rolls puff pastry
- 1 cup g ricotta
- 2.8 oz g grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tbsp ml milk
- 5.3 oz g salmon
- 1 egg yolk
- to taste salt
- to taste poppy seeds
- to taste dried parsley

Steps
Preheat the oven to 356°F.
In a bowl, mix the ricotta with the Parmesan, milk, and a pinch of salt until smooth.Cut the salmon into pieces and set aside.
Unroll the first puff pastry roll and place it with its parchment paper on a baking tray.
Pour the filling and level it with a spatula. Distribute the salmon pieces and sprinkle with dried parsley.
Unroll the second puff pastry roll and use heart-shaped cookie cutters to cut out shapes of various sizes.
Place them as desired on the pie and brush with the beaten egg yolk.
Sprinkle the poppy seeds and bake.
Bake at 356°F for about 25 minutes.
