Steps for Preparing and Cooking New Potatoes:

  • Thoroughly wash the new potatoes and dry them well (if you find them with the skin on, do not remove it as it is thin and edible and adds flavor).

Transfer the well-dried potatoes to a bowl, then season them with the extra virgin olive oil, salt, pepper, and your choice of spices, we used sage and rosemary.

Place the seasoned new potatoes in the basket of the air fryer over the grill, add a few more puffs of extra virgin olive oil and cook at 392°F for 20 minutes.

  • Halfway through cooking, remove the basket from the air fryer and shake it well to ensure perfect cooking.

  • Once cooked, place them on a serving dish and serve immediately.

Tips:

For an extra touch, you can flavor them with sweet paprika or curry and start the grill program in the last few minutes of cooking for an even crunchier result.
