Baked Meatballs with Peppers yes this time I wanted to bake them, the recipe is a bit different from the classic pan-fried meatballs and mushroom meatballs. Very tasty, some time ago I made meatball and potato skewers which were literally a hit! Today’s recipe can also be served as a single dish since it includes meat and a side dish. The meatballs prepared this way are really simple, the ingredients are: minced meat, bread or breadcrumbs, eggs, and Parmesan cheese, then they will be cooked directly in the oven along with the peppers so only one baking tray gets dirty. Now I leave you to the recipe and remember to let me know if you’ll try it!

How to Make Baked Meatballs with Peppers
In a large bowl, put the minced meat, egg, salt, grated Parmesan, breadcrumbs, and milk, mix well with your hands until all the ingredients are combined. Alternatively, you can use a stand mixer with a dough hook.
Then take a handful of meat and form small meatballs slightly larger than a walnut, rolling them with your hands.
At this point, take care of the peppers, clean them and cut them into strips, then season with salt, pepper, and a drizzle of oil.
Transfer the peppers along with the meatballs to a baking tray lined with parchment paper and bake at 356°F for about 35 minutes. Before the cooking time ends, turn both the vegetables and the meat to achieve even cooking.
